This is a fine and rare baby cup decorated with Rococo Revival Style floral and foliate scrolls. The upper edge is beaded, and the center front cartouche is not monogrammed. We seldom find fine and early baby cups that have never been monogrammed. Condition is excellent, with no evidence of monogram removals, repairs, or replacements.
Shiebler "Etruscan" or "Homeric" medallion baby cups are extremely rare. This one is in excellent condition, with crisp engraving, no monogram, and no evidence of repairs or monogram removals. The surface of the cup is irregular, and the background is hammered throughout. A geometric border of Neoclassical inspiration appears above the base. The center handle is decorated with a classical profile, and seven classical profiles are evenly spaced below the upper rim.
This hexagonal tea caddy has a domed, hinged lid with an urn-shaped finial. The lid and the body's panels are decorated with ornate floral and foliate scrolls and pendants. The center front cartouche is monogrammed "PLL" in cipher-style script. The tea caddy is 5 1/4 inches in height, 4 7/8 inches in length, and 4 inches in width. The underside is marked "GELSTON & TREADWELL/ N.Y./ J.C.M." Condition is excellent, with no evidence of monogram removals, repairs, or replacements. There are a few minor pinpoint dents visible on the underside.
This sugar bowl is ornamented with elaborate repousse grape clusters and leaves, birds, and foliage. The removable, domed lid has a three dimensional strawberry and leaf finial. There are curvilinear handles on each side of the body that are decorated with foliage and grape clusters. There is an ornate "AESB" monogram in cipher style script on the center front. Condition is excellent, with no evidence of monogram removals or repairs.
This two-handled bowl is decorated with cast and applied Japanesque decoration. The bowl is elevated on a pierced pedestal with a stylized wind and chrysanthemum pattern. The body has applied cherry blossom, crane, and bamboo decoration throughout. The handles are attached at mid body and rise slightly as they approach the upper rim. The interior of the bowl is gilded, and the exterior is a matte-finish silver. The front is engraved with "Stewart McDonald,/ FROM/ A.T. STEWART./ 1875" in Old English script. The underside is marked "TIFFANY & CO./ 2842 MAKERS 4355/ STERLING SILVER/ 925-1000/ M." The bowl measures 3 1/8 inches in height, 5 1/2 inches in diameter, and 8 1/4 inches across the handles. Condition is excellent, with no evidence of monogram removals, repairs, or replacements.
This sugar bowl and cream pitcher have foliage and berry handles, a matte silver finish and brightly gilded interiors. The mid body is decorated with a pattern of bright cut and engraved geometrical and naturalistic forms. There is no monogram and no evidence of monogram removal.
This American coin silver footed ewer in the Rococo Revival Style has a provenance that traces to John and Martha Jones, who owned Cedar Grove Plantation, (now known as the Ames Plantation), the largest antebellum plantation in Tennessee. The body is decorated with hand chased repousse foliate and floral forms. The central cartouche reads "J. & M.W. Jones".
This pair of candelabra are in the Colonial Revival Style and are a very useful size. They are not weighted, and the underside of each base is fully marked. The socket of the base is fitted with five lights. Each upper socket has a removable bobeche. All parts of this candelabra are present and in original condition.
The oval body of this Aesthetic Movement sterling silver flask is decorated with intricately-chased, Japanesque style cherry branches, foliage and cherries. The upper back continues the naturalist motifs, and the lower back is engraved with a script inscription as follows: "Intended for Bro. Edward By his friend Wm. Crosby. After his death, kindly tendered to me. C.H. Baker." The top is hinged and engraved with "ELB" in cipher-style script.
Presented is an American sterling silver flask made by the Gorham Company. One side of the flask is decorated with a pair of elaborately-chased roses and accompanying foliage. The other side is decorated with a large, intertwined, multi-lined cipher style monogram that appears to be "ENB." The base is marked with the Gorham logo marks, "STERLING/140" and a stamped Maltese cross, the Gorham date mark for 1886. The top is hinged and has a slight dent. It measures 7 1/8 inches by 4 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inches.
This American tea caddy was made by Tiffany in the "Wave" pattern. The body is highly polished and decorated at the lower third with a repeating, sinuous, high relief pattern.
This cream pitcher has a flattened ovoid body, a beaded handle, and classically-influenced engraving. The front is monogrammed "R.C./ -to-/ R.W.S" in Old English script in a shield-shaped cartouche. The back is monogrammed "June 16,/ 1863."

This Kidney shaped gallery tray was made by Tiffany between 1907 and 1949. The sterling rim and handles are mounted on a solid mahogany tray, which has a decorative band inlaid around the inner edge.
