The mark has been double struck. It's maked with the mexican eagle mark and one of the William Spratling marks used between 1956 and 1963. The Spratling mark has been double struck but legible.
Measurements: 8" to the top of the finial
Weight: 18.9 troy ounces, including wooden handle and top of finial.
